At Naiad Frames, we want you to love your photo prints. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your print arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage/issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
