At Naiad Frames, we want you to love your photo prints. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your print arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage/issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
