What sizes do your photo prints come in?
We currently offer prints at 8x10 and 11x14 sizes.
Do you offer both framed and unframed prints?
Yes. On some prints we offer both framed and unframed options.
Can I order custom sizes or frames?
We currently don’t offer custom sizes because we use a POD service at the moment.
What type of paper and printing method do you use?
We use premium quality matte paper for our prints. The current method of printing is based on the POD service we employ.
Are your prints limited edition or open edition?
All our prints are limited edition with no more that 24 prints per item listed.
Ordering & Shipping
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
It usually takes about 5-7 day to process and ship your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Unless stated in the item we do ship internationally. Import fees may occur at your end. It is suggested to contact your local Customs Office for more information
How much is shipping, and is it free over a certain amount?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We do not currently offer free shipping over a certain amount but we occasionally have special offers, especially during holidays.
How do I track my order?
You will be notified via email on the progress of your order, and when it is shipped you will receive your personal tracking number via email.
What if my print arrives damaged?
If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a refund or a replacement at no extra cost.
Payment & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options for a smooth checkout experience.
Can I return or exchange a print?
We currently do not offer an exchange of a print, but returns can be arranged if satisfaction has not been achieved.
Do you offer refunds for orders?
We offer refunds only if the order received was damaged at transit. Be advised that for a refund to issued no more than 7 days should pass before contacting us with proof of damage.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways to protect your personal information.
Care & Display
15. How should I care for and clean my framed prints?
Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently clean the glass and frame. Avoid using water or cleaning sprays directly on the print.
16. Are your prints archival or fade-resistant?
Yes, all our prints are produced with archival-quality materials designed to resist fading and maintain their beauty for decades.
17. Can I hang the prints in humid environments like bathrooms?
We don’t recommend hanging framed prints in very humid environments, as moisture can affect the frame and paper. For such areas, consider using a protective acrylic frame.
18. Do frames come with hanging hardware included?
Yes, all framed prints arrive ready to hang with secure hardware attached.
